Luxembourg residents in Japan who do not maintain an address in Luxembourg can apply for an identity card through the Embassy.

For Luxembourg nationals living abroad, the card is optional.

Applications can only be submitted in person at the Embassy after booking an appointment.

Please make sure that your Japanese address is registered to the RNPP before requesting an appointment.

 

Appointments will be given after submitting the application form (Pdf, 1.85 Mb) to consulartokyo.amb@mae.etat.lu.
