Luxembourg Promoted as Destination to Japanese Travel Industry
On September 11, “Luxembourg Tourism Seminar and Reception” for Japanese tour operators and specialized journalists was held at the Embassy of Luxembourg in Tokyo.
Following the opening remark by Ambassador Ungeheuer, Ms. Anne Hoffmann, Director of the Luxembourg National Tourists Office, underlined the increasing importance of Japanese tourists to Luxembourg and introduced touristic attractions including the nature, historical monuments, shopping and gastronomy.
In addition, Luxembourg based Japanese tour operator, TY Production exampled model courses for the Japanese who want to combine Luxembourg with other destinations.
Luxembourg National Tourist Office participated in the JATA Travel Fair 2013 at Tokyo Big Sight from September 12 to 15.
