Registration at the Embassy

The Embassy of Luxembourg can provide you with the following services:

1) Consular services (e.g. certificates, information on new passport, emergency situation)
2) Information on events related to Luxembourg
3) Invitation to the National Day reception

In order to receive such services, please register yourself at the Embassy by providing:

1) name
2) address
3) tel/fax/e-mail address
4) status of stay in Japan

Unless residing outside of Tokyo area, we encourage you to visit the Embassy with an appointment for registration.
